Synopsis for "Part Three: We, The People"
Seeing himself victorious and overseeing an increasingly militaristic presidency, Captain America manages to break Modi's spell when he sees Peter Parker asking if he is okay. Breaking free, Cap breaks free of Thor's grasp and begins fighting back. Distracting Thor long enough, Captain America manages to smash the staff holding the Mind Gem, freeing everyone from its spell. Cassie, having been freed, manages to save the Helicarrier from total destruction, and SHIELD and the Ultimates lead a counter-attack against the remaining forces of Hydra. Not having any other choice, Thor confronts his son Modi, and kills him. Back at the Triskelion, the Ultimates get some much needed rest, while scientists study the Mind Gem.
