Quote1 Even though we shared no blood. Even though so much blood fell between us... we were brothers. And let none claim to the contrary. You died well, Loki. You lived poorly. My brother, you will be missed. Your mischief will be not... I pray that this is an end of it. Quote2

Synopsis for "The Fine Print, Part 1"

In the ruins of Asgard, funeral ceremonies are held for the fallen Asgardians, including a service for Loki. In Mephisto's realm, demons displaced by the deeding of land to Hela rebel but the Disir slaughter them, then smell Asgardian spirits nearby. Prevented by the curse from invading Hel, they decide that a portion of Mephisto's realm is not Hel just because Hela names it so. Mephisto grants them permission to attack in exchange for future carnal activities. Soon after, the Disir invade Valhalla, consuming Einherjar spirits. Hela arrives bearing Eir-Gram but is ambushed, the sword taken away from her. She retreats, forming her will into a stockade, then animates on of the burning corpses in the Asgardian funeral ceremony to seek help against they whose true name must not be uttered. When Commander Hakon states the Disir to not exist, they, summoned by their name, tear him to pieces. Brun animates Hakon's blood and speaks through it, warning the Asgardians to leave the dead to them or die. Ignoring the warning, Thor announces, "To hell."
